Hi, I'm Roxanne Humes, a Real Estate Professional with Coldwell Banker. Prior to that, I was a high level executive in the Fashion Industry for a Clothing Manufacturer in New York City. I negotiated contracts, analyzed detailed data, forecasted style trends, developed marketing and business plans, and serviced clients all over the US. I put myself through college, earning degrees in Marketing and Finance from the Carroll School of Management Honors Program at Boston College. Since getting my license in 2011, I have helped hundreds of Buyers and Sellers with their Real Estate needs. People ask how I became successful in Real Estate so quickly. I think it’s because I love what I do and am driven to be the best. I draw on my past experience in the corporate world, apply that knowledge to Real Estate, and do things other agents can’t.
