Hello! My name is Alishia (Synan) Schultz, I am originally from Monroeville, but currently reside in the Level Green Area. I earned 2 Bachelors Degrees from Clarion University in just 4 and a half years, Bachelor of Science in Mass Media Arts Journalism and Bachelor of Arts in English Writing. I've always had a passion for the arts, writing, painting and my newest hobby playing the Guitar. I began my start in real estate as an executive assistant to the CEOs of a large, Pittsburgh Based, Commercial and Multi-Family Housing Real Estate company. I knew quickly that Real Estate was my passion and learned a lot about the business from the administrative side during my early professional years. When I decided to go into Residential Sales and become a Realtor, I chose Coldwell Banker because of the unparalleled marketing tools, global presence, local support system, state-of-the-art technology tools and MUCH MORE that we offer to our valued clients! After being a Realtor for about 2 years, I was offered the opportunity to serve as the Sales Director for Coldwell Banker Fox Chapel branch. During my time as a Sales Director I learned so much about other aspects of real estate I would have not known in an agent compacity. I also learned much more about how to effectively manage people and how to support people in a way I did not know before. It was truly a rewarding experience. I was named top 100 Sales Directors both full years I worked in that position and I am forever grateful for that experience. Now I am an Agent Development Specialist for both the East Regional and North Huntingdon offices as well as a Realtor, active in sales.
