About Jill

1. Hey, Jill Bayne! What's your deal? Well, my name is Jill, and I live in the west side of greater Pittsburgh with my awesome husband, our rambunctious kiddos and tiny dog. We have lived in the area for many years and love all that it has to offer. 2. What do you like to do in your off time? I spend a lot of time with my family. We love the outdoors and enjoy the fresh air as much as possible! 3. Do you have any hobbies or favorite things that you like to do? There are many things I enjoy doing - volunteering, gardening, cooking, crafts, party planning, reading, listening to music, camping, and sewing (I would like to learn to crochet), are just a few of my favorite things to do with my free time. 4. Are you an organized or disorganized person? I am quite organized. I believe that everything has its place. An organized life is an efficient life. 5. What is your favorite season? My favorite season would have to be autumn. The leaves are gorgeous, the colors are vibrant and I love the cool, crisp evenings and mornings. 6. What do you listen to in the car? I may listen to the occasional talk show, but I am often jamming out to some tune on the radio or one of my created playlists. I am into just about any genre of music. I rarely get out of the car in the middle of an awesome song (because it will be stuck in my head the rest of the day). I am easily spotted in traffic; I am the fool that is giving a concert to a small crowd of 1 (me) and am enthusiastically committed to my performance. 7. Do you have any guilty pleasures? EEEEKKK! Well...er...umm... DIY Network and HGTV (don't judge)... 8. Can you describe yourself in ONLY 4 words? Passionate. Direct. Honest. Fun! 9. Jill, what do you believe is your best professional attribute? Thoroughness. Everyday and every transaction is well planned, executed, timely and well communicated. 10. What made you interested in becoming a real estate professional? People. People fascinate me and I enjoy helping people with their "next phase". It is amazing being able to help someone when they are looking to sell or buy real estate. Whether it's partners who are looking to start their own business and are searching for commercial space, a couple who are looking for a home to expand their family, mature clients that are ready to downsize and fly south for warmer weather, or someone who is looking for a great deal of property to start an alpaca farm- their stories make real estate a 1 in a million career!
