Whether working with a first-time home buyer to find and create their own personal living space… or helping a lifelong homeowner find the next steward for their family homestead. Upsizers, downsizers, investors or relocators, my expertise is guiding and assisting people who are looking to buy and sell digs and dwellings. My personal journey with homeownership began in my early 20s when I purchased a "handyperson special," rolled up my sleeves and got to work. My love for this tiny rowhome and the process of realizing a vision for how to best live in less than 700 sq ft of space started a fire in me that led to taking my real estate licensing courses. After 15 years of marketing for a residential architecture firm, that same passion brought me to a full-time career as a residential realtor in 2010. Now I am an award-winning top producer, selling over $50 million in real estate each year in the communities to the south and west of Philadelphia, with a primary focus on Western Delaware County and Eastern Chester County. Awards that I have received include being recognized as International Presidents Elite Agent, ranking in the top 2% of Coldwell Banker agents internationally and spending much of my career ranked as the top agent in the Media office. Philly Magazine has named me a "Top Real Estate Producer 2024" and Main Line Today has named me among "2024 Top Realtors". I was a top 5% producer among over 1 million Homesnap Pro agents in 2022.
