About Barbara

Barbara grew up in real estate, begrudgingly helping her mother, Neva Jenkins Realtor®, with everything from open houses to shoveling snow-packed walkways. As a youngster, she considered it a chore, but as an adult, Barbara credits watching her mother provide outstanding customer service as the greatest learning experience of her career. After graduating from the University of North Florida with a BBA Degree focused in Marketing, Barbara developed a career in corporate marketing as a Marketing Director for a local CPA & financial planning firm, which she enjoyed for over six years. Despite her love for all things marketing, Barbara craved a career where she directly interacted with and helped her customers day to day. Now, years later, Barbara loves combining her Mother's advice, years of corporate marketing experience, and the love of her hometown to create an amazing career as a Realtor® for Coldwell Banker. When Barbara is not shooting videos for her listings or out showing houses, she can be found working on her tennis serve on the Media courts. Barbara enjoys spending free time with her husband, Eric and dog Blue. Barbara is also the founder of G.R.I.T. (Growth in Reading Inspirational Text), a women's book club that encourages women in all industries to be their best selves.
