Don't hold the name against it, saw a live one there! This family owned camp was built in the 70's and addition in 1984. Metal roof (5 years), metal siding, deck (4 years). Large storage shed has newer roof and ceiling. Dwelling is rapidly heated by the propane stove or electrical/kerosene heaters. Window air conditioner keeps you cool in the summer. Fantastic newer deck, fire pit and level lot. This is walking distance to the Francis and Cross Pennsylvania Adventure Trails in the Allegheny National Forest. Will not last, updates and care in this one is evident. A place to hunt, hike or just relax. Clarion River & all that type of fun just minutes away.
