As a "details guy", Ron respects that each transaction is different and requires a Realtor who can market each property's unique value and appeal. He prides himself on listening to each client's distinctive needs and crafting plans that deliver. He believes that every problem has a solution, and when you partner with Ron you are getting resolute commitment to you and your needs. Ron has over 15+ years experience in contracts, business development and other leadership roles. He is a proud father, Lancaster County native, and Penn State alumni. In his spare time he's either at the gym, watching markets, or working on cars.
