About Neil

I am Neil! I was born in raised in Southern Lancaster County, and have vast knowledge of the in and outs of the Lancaster area. I'm a very hardworking, detail oriented individual that prides myself on my personality, my care and my professionalism. When I'm not working, you can probably find me watching my kids play sports, tending to my fish tank or hiking and looking for cool rocks and minerals. I also really enjoy flyfishing and just being outside. I've held lots of different "jobs" over the years in different industries, including construction, that give me a unique perspective into the business.
