About Gino

Business Philosophy I was born in Naples, Italy. When I moved to the States at a young age, I made Lancaster County my home and I have been here ever since. I come from an entrepreneurship family, where we have operated different businesses here in Lancaster County, for almost 25 years. I attended and graduated with my Associates in Business Administration from Consolidated School of Business. Real Estate has always been a passion of mine, something my grandfather shared with my father as he shared with me. Heres a little of what you get from me when you choose me as your Realtor: Time and attention are some gifts I give freely – listening while clients share their dreams and goals, then answering their questions and helping them explore their options without pressure. I will be attentive, to ensure a successful experience, I will utilize my talent for guiding people through unfamiliar and emotional processes, as well as offer my skill and experience in understanding and explaining contracts, negotiating, working with attorneys, and remaining calm under pressure. I will take the stress out of the equation best I can. Real estate is a relationship-based business, and I strive to create client relationships built on trust, care and confidence.
