About Troy

Hi, I'm Troy Sturrup. I live and work in the Hershey, Pennsylvania area, and I recently began my journey as a real estate agent with Coldwell Banker. What excites me most about this career is the chance to connect people with the right place to call home, whether that is a first house, a downsized condo, or a 55+ community that feels just right. I know this part of Central Pennsylvania well: Hershey, Palmyra, Annville, Lebanon, and the surrounding towns. I enjoy sharing what makes each community unique. My background is a little different. I spent years building websites, helping small businesses grow online, and creating digital content. That experience carries over into real estate, where I love using video, photos, and local stories to bring homes and neighborhoods to life in a way that feels approachable and easy to understand. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring new ideas, working on creative projects, and spending time walking through the local communities I serve. I believe buying or selling a home should feel less like a stressful transaction and more like an important life step. My goal is to make that process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
