Playing in a band is a lot of fun, but before you can even think about playing with other musicians you have to learn and understand the fundamentals. Selling real estate is no different. In a band the drummer is the backbone of the band that keeps time, which allows the rest of the band to stay together and sound good. My approach to helping sellers is very similar. I keep time, and provide a backbone for the rest of the players in the transaction to properly execute the agreement and get your home SOLD. I started my career in Real Estate working with first time homebuyers. This was one of the most rewarding opportunities for me. Buying a home for the first time is a big step so you need someone that understands the real estate market but also understands what new buyers experience. My family and I love to vacation in Disney World but I remember the first time we booked our own trip, we were completely overwhelmed. Thankfully, the cast members at Disney guided us through every step of the process. They listened to our needs, offered suggestions on fun things to do, and they even helped us book dining reservations.
