Lower Salford's Historic "Dielman Kolb" house is for sale. Placed in the Pennsylvania Historical Registry in 1972, this house dates back to at least 1760 pre Revolutionary War. The Dielman Kolb house is a Germanic Style structure and was built after he purchased the 150 acres in 1717. Through time the house now sits on 2.5 acres.
