About Dave

Dave Friedrich is a Real Estate sales professional serving the Franklin County PA area and the surrounding parts of Pennsylvania & Maryland.  He is based out of the Greencastle office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Dave has been involved in real estate since 2002 when he managed a mortgage company in Greencastle, PA.  That experience has proven quite valuable as he can provide advice to property owners on how to prepare properties for potential mortgage financing.  He is also a licensed pilot with extensive aerial photography experience.  He offers no-cost aerial photos to all of his clients to help their property listing photos stand out and be noticed.  This is especially true with larger, unique properties where only an aerial photo can show the entire property at a glance. Dave resides in Greencastle with his wife Jennifer and two daughters Sarah & Katie.  His free time is spent flying, snowboarding and dirt track racing.
