On the South side is the existing home 3739 York Road from which the lot was subdivided. If you can find a way to access it, public sewer and water exist in the street at Greenridge Rd. A private septic system has been developed for the home to be built. I'll post the number of bedrooms and baths when I get the sewer plan.
