About Karen

I have lived in Chester County for 30 years. I attended Catholic and public schools from Kindergarten through 12th grade. I received my Bachelor's degree from Bloomsburg University. I attended Penn State University and completed my Masters Certificate in Web Design. My husband and I are raising our three boys in Downingtown. I am familiar with all of the schools, public, private and parochial. My immigrant parents thoroughly set me up to have very strong interpersonal skills, which I use everyday as a Realtor. My mother was in real estate and I was frequently under foot during her showings and at the office. I began in real estate as a buyer, seller and property manager for over 10 years. I had an opportunity to join the Coldwell Banker team as a Realtor in 2017. Our Exton office has experienced massive growth and my career has flourished. Honesty, integrity and a calm disposition have helped me gain the trust of my clients.
