Personal History I have lived and worked in the Downingtown and greater Chester County area since 2008, when I graduated from the University of Notre Dame with honors in Political Science. I have traveled extensively around the US, hiked to Machu Picchu, gone on numerous wilderness canoe and camping trips, and rock climbed in Thailand. I keep active whenever possible, and Chester County is a great area to do that! Real Estate Experience Since 2008, I have worked in Real Estate, starting my career as a real estate investor. I began doing single family home renovations for resale, and over the years I've moved into extensive renovations including major additions and tear-downs, subdivision work, and new home construction. After working with top ranking agent Lin Ninnis with Coldwell Banker Preferred for the first few years, her enthusiasm and skill inspired me to pursue my own real estate license, and my passion for the industry continued to grow. Having lived and worked in the same market as a real estate investor, developer, and now Realtor has granted me a unique perspective and set of skills to offer. I believe some of the most important aspects of real estate agency are professionalism, ethical behavior, and trust between agents and clients. My passion for these areas has led me to actively participate in the Suburban West Realtors Assocoation. I am entering my fourth year serving on the Grievance Committee, and my second as the Co-Chair, to promote and improve ethical behavior within the profession. Outside of the more traditional aspects of real estate, my ongoing experience as a real estate investor and developer gives me a diverse perspective to help you reach your goals.
