There is a cabin on the property that could be revamped and put to good use, but please do not try too access the building in it's current state.. PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO ACCESS THE BUILDING IN IT'S CURRENT STATE! UNSAFE STAIRS AND FLOORS!! PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO PULL YOUR VEHICLE INTO THE CENTER OF THE LOT AS IF THE LAWN IS WET YOU WILL GET STUCK!!!
