This 5 bedroom cape cod in a wonderful SE Erie neighborhood is ready to shine! Not every reasonably priced home needs a full renovation. Some of them, like this gem, just need a little paint and cosmetic upgrading to bring out the full potential. The expensive stuff is already handled: newer metal roof, furnace, water tank, stove, and a beautiful composite deck. Pull back the first-floor carpet and you'll uncover hardwood floors ready to come to life. The structure is solid and the layout offers room to grow, work, play, or spread out. Outside, yards on both sides of the home create great space for games, pets, gardening, or simply enjoying the outdoors. The location puts you close to everything while still giving you room to breathe. Bring paint, flooring, and your own style. The reward? A great home with instant upside and the chance to build significant equity without taking on a major project.
