Steven specializes in residential and commercial real estate, investment properties, buyer and seller representation, and credit repair guidance. Known for his approachable personality, strong work ethic, and commitment to client service, he takes pride in helping individuals and families find not just a property, but a place they can truly call home. Before transitioning fully into real estate, Steven worked as a home builder and home designer, giving him valuable insight into construction, property value, and evolving market trends. As the industry changed, he shifted his focus toward resale and client-centered real estate services, where he discovered his passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals. A longtime Pocono Mountains resident, Steven lives with his wife, Wendy, and their three children. Outside of real estate, he enjoys songwriting, music and media production, and has spent many years coaching and umpiring Little League baseball within his community.
