About Mike

Mike Yannes is a seasoned real estate professional with deep roots in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley and decades of experience in real estate sales, marketing, and innovation. He graduated from King’s College in 1976 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and has been a Pennsylvania-licensed REALTOR® since 1980 and an active member of the Pocono Mountains Association of REALTORS®. In 1981, Mike founded Pocono Mountains Realty Review, a real estate marketing publication that quickly grew into one of the largest page-count real estate books in the country. The publication was acquired in 1988 by Harmon Homes. While with the Harmon Homes organization, Mike played a key role in the industry’s transition from print to digital marketing, helping lay the groundwork for the online real estate platforms consumers rely on today, such as Homes.com, Realtor.com, and Zillow. Mike returned to full-time real estate sales in 1997 with Coldwell Banker, where he earned numerous awards as a top producer. In 2004, he joined RE/MAX and later achieved the prestigious Hall of Fame designation. He returned to Coldwell Banker in 2019 and is currently an agent with Coldwell Banker Pennco Real Estate, where he continues to provide expert representation to buyers and sellers throughout the region. Mike attributes his long-standing success to determination, innovation, honesty, and integrity. By intentionally limiting the number of clients he serves, he ensures each one receives the personalized attention, strategic guidance, and local expertise they deserve.
