Hello! I'm thrilled that you found my profile and look forward to helping you investigate your real estate options in the Shenango Valley. Our family relocated to this area in 2009 and have found it to be a great place to raise a family with a lower cost of living and small town atmosphere but yet with easy access to Pittsburgh and Cleveland for cultural and sporting events. So, if you're considering a move, I've been in your shoes and would welcome the opportunity to ease your transition. Job transfers moved our family many times and we were living in Atlanta, Georgia, when the opportunity to come back home resulted in move number seven. We've rented a couple of apartments/condos, built two houses, sold four houses and renovated multiple foreclosures so there is really not a residential real estate transaction that I've not participated in personally. As a mom, I've investigated local school districts and helped my three kids adjust to life in a new community and school.
