About Kelsey

Kelsey is a dedicated legal professional & community advocate with a passion for supporting youth & strengthening her local community. Kelsey is a graduate of Clarion University with a degree in Secondary Education Social Studies and a Certificate in Advanced Paralegal Studies. She has worked in the legal field for 9 years, with experience in family law, estate planning, & real estate law. Currently, she serves as a LSI Paralegal for VOCE, helping expedite permanency for youth in the child welfare system. Beyond her professional career, Kelsey is deeply involved in her community. With over 5 years of experience as a 4-H leader & volunteer in Venango County, she has played a vital role in mentoring & supporting youth. Her dedication was recognized in 2025 when she was honored as the Pennsylvania Salute to Excellence Leader of the Year for 4-H. Her commitment to service extends throughout her work as committee member for the Emlenton Summer Festival and her work with other local organizations in the area. Kelsey is ready to employ her passion for helping others and love of her community to help others find their dream home. With her vast knowledge and skill set she wants to help clients plant their roots.
