About Hannah

Hi, I'm Hannah O'Donoghue (married name: Franitti)! I am a Cranberry Township native and a 3rd generation real estate agent. I graduated from Slippery Rock University in 2017 with a degree in Business Marketing. I've been working in sales since 2014. I went from selling prom & wedding dresses to selling beer to, now, selling homes! Real Estate is a passion of mine. I love helping people and I really want to make a difference in the lives of my clients. I started my real estate journey in 2019 with Coldwell Banker and in 2020, I was named Rookie of the Year! Seeing how thrilled my clients are after each transaction is what truly motivates me to continue to excel in this industry. In my free time, I love spending time with friends and family. I like to travel, craft, attend sporting events, try new restaurants and explore the great city of Pittsburgh. On New Years Eve 2021, I married my wonderful husband Mark Franitti, and we now reside in Evans City with our fur babies, two adorable English golden retrievers named Lad and Tito!
