I do "Guerrilla Marketing" through Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Listing Concierge, and several other means of advertising that will help your home get sold. I also, when applicable, will ensure that your home gets maximum exposure with open houses, billboard ads, however we see fit! When you're looking for a home, I am your asset. While I am not a home inspector, I have been known to get dirty and crawl through attics, crawl spaces, and creepy basements!I have a great working relationship with most agents in Western PA. I am married to my beautiful wife Sarah. We have three amazing kids: Dylan, Caroline, and Austin. We LOVE traveling as a family to Walt Disney World (I used to work there)! In my free time, I enjoy watching and playing hockey and going golfing with friends. I am a member of the REALTORS Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh and the National Association of REALTORS.
