About Peter

Pete began his career on the investment and development side of real estate. He found his niche in sourcing investment properties throughout Greater Philadelphia for tenured and novice investors alike. After much success, Pete joined Coldwell Banker Realty and quickly became one of the top producing independent agents. In the same year, Pete teamed up with Alex Sherman to co-found Keen Property Group – a Philadelphia-based real estate development firm. Pete's passion for the real estate industry is evident through the hard work and ethical standards he displays each day to his clients, in addition to his expansive knowledge of the ever-changing real estate market.
