I was born, raised and live in Philadelphia. I have been an award winning real estate agent for over 20 years and have been a real estate investor in Philadelphia since the 1980's. Although my most familiarity is the Philadelphia market, I have been very successful and have become extremely knowledgeable in the other four counties surrounding Philadelphia, namely, Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery. When I represent sellers, I am most concerned with getting them the best price the market will bear. If they are repeat customers and have originally purchased through me, the sellers realize a profit. I work very hard to insure my client's financial safety when selling or buying. When I represent buyers, I look to guarantee their financial security by insuring they are not paying an inflated price for the home. I have become a relocation specialist. I enjoy helping the many relocation clients who come to our region. The Philadelphia area has many corporate giants that bring many executives and new hires to our real estate arena. I counsel those buyers on the values and secure the best deal for them. My goal is to ascertain that the clients will never regret buying their home through me. My business has been consistently growing since my first year as a realtor because of my serious concern for their purchase as an emotional one as well as investment instrument. Most of my growth has been through all the repeat business I have transacted as well as the referrals I get from past clients. As far as my educational background, I attended St. John the Baptist Grammar School in Manayunk, graduated from Hallahan High School, attended Chestnut Hill College and completed a BA in English, received a Master's degree in Organizational Dynamics at the University of Pennsylvania as well as doctoral work in Higher Education Administration at the University of Pennsylvania.
