About Shaina

Shaina Pratte is well-versed in the Real Estate industry. She has worked in various service industries, including home maintenance, sales, and rehabilitation. In her early years, she was surrounded by contractors, which gave her firsthand knowledge of many facets of construction, repair, and building, which may need to be utilized during any Real Estate transaction. She has worked as a home stager, house maintenance, and in multiple sales positions surrounding residential homes throughout her life. She also spent years learning and researching investments in Real Estate and working with investors. Shaina worked at a prominent project management company for several years, gaining extensive knowledge of large-scale construction projects. Furthermore, she was in DCCC, where she excelled to become the president of Alpha Tau Epsilon, a chapter of Phi Theta Kappa.
