About Dave

Growing up in Franklin County, PA. I lived in Fayetteville. Went to the local elementary and grade schools and then off to The CASHS, the high school. I worked numerous jobs over the years from working at a concrete plant mixing concrete for tanks manufacturing to driving and delivering tanks . I also drove a water delivery truck and worked at a septic cleaning company. The last years were driving and delivering Diesel fuel to farms and homes. I am married to my wonderful wife and we have 3 beautiful daughters. And a great dog Frank. Over the years I was also an EMT-B at the Fayetteville Volunteer Fire Dept. and a driver. As a realtor, I work with buyers and sellers. I have had numerous types of listings and sales including farms, homes , mobile homes, land, commercial properties, rentals, and various types of estates. My goal with all my clients is to be their best advocate to represent them and give them direction and advice to meet their goals. I am always ready to handle any situation that arises. When talking with potential clients the one complaint I often hear is that they can't get ahold of their agent!! Not with me . IF I don't answer right away , I always reply to all call and emails with 24 hours max but normally within 10 minutes.
