About Vinny

Vincenzo "Vinny" Ferranti has been a Sales & Leasing Associate at Coldwell Banker since September 2022. Vinny comes from an Italian immigrant family who owns many investment properties, making it a natural choice to choose a career in real estate. Vinny worked at his father's family business for 9 years before transitioning to being an agent. Growing up a York County native, Vinny is an expert of the South-Central PA market. Vinny is hands on in the operations of many of his family's investments, providing immense value to his investor clients. Graduating from Millersville University with a Bachelors Degree in Financial Economics, Vinny has the analytical and number-crunching skills that make him the perfect choice as your real estate advisor.
