About Susan

Business Philosophy Hi my name is Susan K Belmont and I service buyers and sellers in Central Pennsylvania including but not limited to Perry, Juniata, Cumberland and Dauphin County. I am committed to a high standard of service and honesty when dealing with sellers or buyers. I will work with you and for you to the best of my ability. I truly believe in treating others as I want to be treated. My husband and I are very involved with our chuch and serve in whatever capacity we feel we are needed. We also own an Insurance Agency and sponsor children along with supporting a Christian youth organization know as The Breakfast Club. We both believe in giving back to our community and supporting those who have supported us in many ways. I have been licensed since 1978 and working full time since 1983. I love what I do and take joy in helping buyers and sellers acheive their goal. I have been a member of the Winners Circle with the Greater Harrisburg Board of Realtors and achieved as high as the Presidents Club with Coldwell Banker Residental Brokerage.
