Business Philosophy I am " Ralph the Realtor" and I am a Real Estate Professional doing business in York, Adams, Cumberland, Perry Counties and surrounding areas. I strive to help all my clients achieve the goal of having the easiest and most relaxed real estate transaction. Personal: I am married with two wonderful children. Both were very active in Northern York High School Sports. My daughter, Heather, was active in Track and Tennis. She is a 2011 graduate Northern York, 2014 graduate Penn State University and currently a teacher for Mechanicsburg School District. She was happily married in May 2021and delivered our first grand baby, Grayson, in 2022.My son, Rusty, was active in Football and Tennis. He is a 2014 Northern York graduate, a 2018 East Stroudsburg University graduate in Sports Management, 2020 grad Univ of GA- Masters in Sports Management & a 2024 Graduate of Marquette University School of Law. My wife, Tammy, is active in church, our Missions Team-LAMBS, spoiling our grandson and keeping track of the kids lives as well as working full time for the Commonwealth of Pa. As for me, my hobbies include: Traveling; Camping, Motorcycle Riding, Auto Racing, Going to car club events with my 1955 Ford and Mustang Convertible, and spending time with my family. I am a student at Dillsburg Karate Academy- Currently 5th Degree Black Belt in Isshinryu Karate. I am a Lead Instructor for the Kids Karate Class, Self defense class instructor and demo coordinator.
