I began my career as a real estate broker in California over 35 years ago. I have had a multi-year career in various healthcare fields to include being the Director of Admissions for a local retirement community. Over 13 years ago however, through what I call "divine intervention", I landed in the parking lot of a central Pennsylvania real estate group and decided to walk in and ask if they were hiring. The rest is history! The desire to make a difference in my clients' lives by making their home sale or purchase the best experience possible is what drives me in my real estate career. I love the opportunity to meet so many new people and help them with this major transition in their lives. I strive to develop a relationship of trust with my Seller clients so that they are confident that I am selling their homes for top market price in the shortest amount of time possible. For my Buyer clients that trust includes making sure there is no “buyer remorse” after your purchase. There WILL ALWAYS BE ANOTHER HOME that will become YOUR special home. In keeping with my ongoing desire for professional improvement I have attained my Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation to better service my Buyers, my Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation to enhance my expertise in working with the 55+ market, my Certified Military Residential Specialist (CRMS) to enhance my expertise when working with our cherished military heroes, my Certified Negotiations Expert (CNE) designation to sharpen my negotiation skills as well as my Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification to ensure my Buyers and and Sellers are receiving the best market value analyses possible. I also hold a Divorce Coach Certificate from IAP College to help those going through this stressful process. I am currently a member of The National Association of Realtors (NAR), The PA Association of Realtors (PAR) as well as a member of the Greater Harrisburg Association of Realtors (GHAR) Government Affairs Committee. You will be hard pressed to find a realtor with more expertise or desire to earn your trust and friendship!
