Hi, I’m Kate Sisk. I specialize in historic homes and in helping clients navigate major life transitions. I’m a Pennsylvania-based REALTOR® with The Christina Bailey Group, consistently named the top-producing team with Coldwell Banker in Central Pennsylvania. I work throughout Harrisburg’s historic neighborhoods, including Shipoke, Old Uptown, and Midtown. I’ve always been drawn to the craftsmanship, stories, and character that define older homes, and I enjoy helping connect them with buyers who value them deeply. I’m also a member of the Historic Harrisburg Association. In addition to traditional buying and selling, I am a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource® (SFR®), which allows me to support clients through more complex situations when needed.
