About Dale

The Son of a Civil Engineer / Land Surveyor, Dale has virtually grown up in the Real Estate Business. He fondly recalls working as a "Chain Man" for his Father's Land Surveying Crew during his High School years. After pursuing a successful Career establishing a Computer-Aided Civil Engineering / Architectural Design Company in Central Pennsylvania, Dale decided to move into Real Estate Sales in 2002. His extensive experience in running a business and negotiating Large Corporate Contracts has proven to be a Benefit to his Real Estate Clients over the Years. Dale studied Business Communications in College, and has also worked in Radio and Media since then. Those Communication Skills have been noted by his Real Estate Clients, who have enjoyed Effective Representation of their Interests by Dale. Dale's Career Success blossomed in the Real Estate Business, as he is consistently among the Leaders in Real Estate Sales in Central Pennsylvania. A lifelong resident of Central Pennsylvania, Dale is well-acquainted with the Real Estate Marketplace and has been involved in many Area Organizations in the course of his Career and Life here. Dale likes to Work Hard and Play Hard - and weaves in such Activities as performing in his Band, "American Roulette", playing and watching Ice Hockey, Volunteering for WXPN Radio, and frequent Trips to New York City, Cape May, NJ, and visiting Baltimore's Camden Yards to see his favorite Baseball Team, the Baltimore Orioles. Dale's Team, "The Stipe Realty Team", is a Family Affair, and includes his Son, Michael James Stipe, and Wife, Denise Stipe, as Fellow Realtors and Teammates.
