About Cheryl

Business Philosophy Prior to becoming a real estate professional, I proudly worked for 30 years as the personal secretary to Jason Litton, M.D., an orthopedic surgeon with Orthopedic Institute of Pennsylvania. This prepared me to keep confidences and be the kind-hearted agent that I feel I am in this profession. I have been married to Milan Vulich, formerly of Steelton, Pennsylvania, since 1978. I have one daughter, Lindsay Vulich Neve, who is a horse riding instructor/trainer. I am a Christian and enjoy the fellowship of my friends at West Shore Baptist Church in Camp Hill, PA. In the development of my real estate career I have found that the most satisfying transactions are those with first time buyers. I have been privileged to help many of them find their first home and then their subsequent homes thereafter. When I am not doing real estate, I enjoy bird-watching, gardening, home decorating and travel - especially to the beach. I am a loyal friend and co-worker and feel that I am respected throughout the real estate community by my peers. I am conscientious, trustworthy and confident in my real estate responsibilities. At Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, we have great company resources and the support that I need to get homes marketed for sale and get buyers to settlement.
