It's a really popular and desirable section of Marple Township, the land of economically pleasing real estate taxes. I'm in really great condition, and my owner has lovingly taken such great care of me since 1991. It's been such a happy place, and great memories have been made here. A couple of years ago they gave me a new roof. They also updated my kitchen with granite counters, nice cabinets, and a ceramic back splash. I think you'll like my hardwood floors, they've held up very well. I have a nice cozy front covered porch, and my rear sun room porch is my favorite area to relax and enjoy the views of my beautiful and tasteful landscaping. I'm a corner lot, so I have a spacious side yard and fenced in back yard, and they gave me a nice storage shed for the yard tools. My side concrete patio is another happy place for me to enjoy the outdoors. My private rear driveway allows for 4 vehicles, and they gave me updated vinyl windows. My basement has a finished recreation room, and they're going to leave you my refrigerator, washer and dryer.
