A lifelong resident of the Philadelphia area, I graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Sales and Marketing. Working at Coldwell Banker Preferred, an NRT affiliate, has allowed me to provide clients with unparalleled service and knowledge of the Philadelphia and suburban Philadelphia market. Careful preparation, attention to detail, effective communication, and a keen ability to listen allows me to seamlessly manage every aspect of each Real Estate transaction with ease in what can sometimes be a stressful and complex process for buyers and sellers. My skillset, effective negotiation, and expertise in various financing options provides for a successful and seamless Real Estate transaction for both buyers and sellers. In addition to my career in Real Estate I enjoy exercising, volunteering for the Travis Manion Foundation, attending sporting events, and competing in triathlons. Over the years I have competed in triathlons throughout the country. In 2013, I earned a national ranking in my Age Group and an invitation to compete in the USA Triathlon Age Group National Championships in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Countless hours of dedication, preparation, and focus were required each day in order to become a successful triathlete. I have applied these same attributes to my Real Estate career. For sellers, my advertising and presentation of homes to the market ensures I will achieve maximum exposure within the market and generate the highest dollar for a seller.
