Very nice ranch home in Vanport that needs "just a bit of work". It has a lot of neat features from the 60's and 70's- built in counter top blender, whole home stereo/intercom (no idea if it works- but it's cool) and a built in record player... in the basement closet- where else?! It has a cozy kitchen, large dining room with a sliding door leading to the screened porch and the attached garage. The living room is very spacious as are the 3 bedrooms. There is a built-in makeup station in the bathroom and a large hole in the shower wall- one of these things do not belong. In the basement you'll find a a possible 4th bedroom, full bath, large utility area and another finished game room section. Tons of space here.
