I grew up in a real estate family that demonstrated hard work and prospecting are the keys to survival and flourishing in this tough business. After obtaining my associate broker license, I applied these factors as an office manager by emphasizing the importance of prospecting to my agents through training and coaching. During the interview process, I explained that a career in real estate requires hard work and it isn't a get-rich-quick scheme.
