Licensed in 1993, my goal is to help you obtain the best value, with the terms of the transaction most favorable toward your interests, all while making your home buying and selling experience a positive one. To do this, I am continually expanding my real estate expertise in order to better serve my clients. My clients benefit from my diverse knowledge of construction, reading blueprints, mechanical drawing and general contracting, all gained from my education and new construction experience where I represented several successful new home developers. In addition, I have achieved some of the industry's highest accreditations including being a Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and numerous Council of Residential Specialist (CRS) courses. I've had a passion for real estate all my life, and it could be said that real estate is in my blood. My mother, Mary Gedney, and grandmother, each spent four decades as successful real estate brokers. My first exposure and interest in real estate came from helping my parents remodel and restore three old farmhouses. Old Lehigh Valley homes have unique needs and challenges. My work has enabled me to become a multi-million dollar producer, and I'm always willing to share my knowledge and expertise with my clients. In addition, I am personally a real estate investor. The process of buying and rehabbing distressed or blighted properties is one I enjoy, and I find it particularly rewarding to be a part of improving neighborhoods and enabling people to find a home they love. This broad base of Lehigh Valley real estate experience gives me a unique ability to understand and appreciate properties as diverse as high-end new construction, to 200-year old farmhouse renovations, and to help my clients achieve their real estate goals.
