Rashelle is an Oregon-licensed Real Estate Broker, digital marketer, content creator, speaker, podcaster, mentor, and the face behind The Realtor Who Wines. With a background spanning over two decades in luxury retail, sales leadership, and digital marketing, she brings a rare blend of high-touch customer service, strategic thinking, and modern marketing expertise to everything she does. Before transitioning fully into real estate, Rashelle built and led successful teams in the retail industry, developing a deep understanding of customer experience, relationship cultivation, and revenue growth. That foundation now fuels her work with buyers, sellers, agents, and entrepreneurs, where she is known for her clear communication, attention to detail, and ability to guide clients through complex decisions with confidence and ease. As a real estate professional, Rashelle is passionate about helping buyers find homes they love and supporting sellers through smooth, successful transactions. As a digital marketer and social media strategist, she has earned a reputation for creating authentic connections and engaging communities across multiple platforms while staying ahead of trends in an ever-changing digital landscape. Beyond her client work, Rashelle is a deeply committed leader within the real estate industry at the local, state, and national levels. She served as the 2024 President of the Portland Women’s Council of Realtors® and continues her service as the 2026 Women’s Council of Realtors® Strategic Partner Director for the Portland Network. She holds multiple appointed and elected leadership roles, including 2025/2026 Oregon Realtors® Board of Directors, 2026 PMAR State Director, and 2026 PMAR Local Director. At the national level, she serves as the 2026 NAR Federal Political Coordinator for Oregon’s District 6, working directly with Congresswoman Andrea Salinas to advocate for real estate professionals and homeownership. She also contributes to the future of the industry as a 2026 Oregon Realtors® Professional Development Key Committee Board Member. Rashelle is a graduate of the Oregon Realtors® Leadership Academy and currently serves on the boards of Oregon Realtors® and the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors®. She is also the Sales Manager for Coldwell Banker Professional Group’s West Linn and Newberg offices, where she coaches and supports agents in building sustainable, confident, and community-focused businesses.
