About Zuzana

My name is Zuzana Decoster, and I was born and raised in Slovakia before making Oregon my home. Before starting my real estate career, I owned and operated a successful home cleaning business where I built lasting client relationships through trust, reliability, and care. That experience taught me the importance of discipline, attention to detail, and always putting people first, qualities I now bring into my work as a real estate professional. My passion for homes, design, and helping people through major life transitions naturally led me to real estate. As a real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Mountain West, I’m excited to serve first-time buyers as well as those looking for their forever home in Salem, Portland, and across the Willamette Valley. I approach every client relationship with energy, empathy, and dedication, making sure they feel supported throughout the buying or selling process. Outside of work, I love living an active lifestyle, from hiking Oregon trails to working out and spending time outdoors. I also enjoy creative pursuits like photography, cooking, and gardening, along with exploring new skills and interests. Fluent in both Slovak and English, I look forward to connecting with people from all backgrounds and helping them achieve their real estate goals. I’m thrilled to get started and would love the opportunity to help you with your next move!
