Life is too short to waste it wandering, so direction and determination are a strong part of who I am. Throughout my fourteen years as a Real Estate Consultant, my emphasis on clarity, possibility and action has helped me complete almost 250 transactions. Emails, phone messages, texts and discussions with clients, other Realtors, and third parties to closings necessitated clear communication and I always kept my clients in the loop and gave them good possibilities in negotiations. The action part was doing what was necessary to complete transactions. There are two types of Realtors, those that are transaction focused and those that are relational focused. I am relational focused and conscientious in all transactions. My strengths as an achiever, along with my desire to continue to learn, be strategic, and be responsible helped me work with families, all unique in their own right, important and full of expectations to accomplish their dream of home ownership. As their consultant, my desire has been to work through the process of selling or buying and produce for them a joy-filled Real Estate experience. My career in Real Estate at The Matteson Group, under the umbrella of Coldwell Banker Apex, Realtors, a franchise of Coldwell Banker International has shown me what a great company Coldwell Banker is in the Real Estate market. It has been a journey I don't regret and their training has made me more confident, responsible and relevant to those seeking a change in housing. I have purchased and sold ten homes along the way (6 in Texas, 3 in Oregon, and 1 in Virginia), four of which were new builds, so I understand the seller's and buyer's mindset. My career in business, church, non-profit settings, and as a personal coach, have given me a variety of experiences in working with people. I look forward each day to helping buyers and sellers accomplish one of the three hardest actions in life and do it well, buy or sell a home.
