About Lori

Lori is experienced in new home construction, remodeling and bare land investments. With a background in architectural and interior design, she has more than 25 yrs. of experience buying and selling real estate in Central Oregon. Lori is a research and marketing specialist, creatively bringing value to buyers and sellers! Past work history includes several years at Central Oregon Irrigation District, where she contributed to the first digital mapping of their irrigated lands. Later, Lori used her mechanical drafting and CAD skills at Lancair, Int. as a technical illustrator drawing airplane parts. Joining forces with her husband, Kevin, Lori then put her design skills to work for his business, K.L.D. Construction, L.L.C. She enjoyed researching and selecting the building sites, drafting/designing and staging homes, selecting finish materials, and pricing the mid-high end spec. homes. Growing up on a small ranch in Crook County, Lori attended Crook County schools and graduated from Oregon State University with a B.S. in design. An accomplished vocalist, she occasionally sings around Prineville. Lori spends her spare time at her sewing machine or in the Ochoco Mountains on her quarter horse.
