Before beginning her real estate career, Kia spent years volunteering with organizations that support the houseless community and working professionally with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). These experiences shaped her belief that everyone deserves a safe, stable place to call home. A value that continues to guide her work today. Kia’s background as a Sales and Retention Specialist helped her develop exceptional skills in communication, problem-solving, and client care. These qualities that now define her approach to real estate. She also serves as a non-active minister with a focus on grief and trauma therapy, giving her a unique ability to support clients through major life transitions with empathy, patience, and understanding. As a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), Kia brings specialized expertise in comparative market analysis, pricing strategies, and negotiation insight.
