I’m Kia Caise-Williams, a REALTOR® and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) proudly serving the Portland, Oregon Metropolitan Area. As Chair of the Oregon What Moves Her Community, I’m committed to uplifting clients and strengthening the broader community through advocacy, education, and personalized support. My path to real estate is deeply rooted in service. I spent years volunteering with organizations that support the houseless community and working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Those experiences taught me that everyone deserves a safe, stable place to call home and that belief fuels my work every day. Before becoming a REALTOR®, I built a strong foundation in communication and client care as a Sales and Retention Specialist. I also serve as a non-active minister focused on grief and trauma support, which helps me guide clients through major life transitions with empathy, patience, and understanding. As a certified Pricing Strategy Advisor, I bring advanced knowledge in market analysis, pricing, and negotiation.
