About Mayra

Mayra Valencia and her husband Eric moved to Oregon in 2007 to start and raise a family. Family plays an important role in Mayra's life and translates into everything she does. From being a role model for her kids, collaborative partner with her husband, to even using her success to help build a retirement for her parents. Family is the foundation of Mayra's success and those values are reflected in her work. Mayra's devotion to being a champion for the success of others stands out in her career and personal life. For over 12 years Mayra held various leadership positions with Fortune 500 company AT&T Mobility. She gained valuable experience working across the state with leaders, employees and business owners coaching, streamline their day-to-day operations and managing projects. During this time Mayra and her husband relocated several times buying and selling homes of their own. This is where Mayra's passion for home improvement projects and design started. Taking her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for homes to the world of real estate, Mayra became a Realtor for Coldwell Banker Cutting Edge. Mayra strives to empower each client with knowledge because she understands what it's like to be in her clients shoes. Her mission is "to advance sustainable homeownership" through education, advocacy, and relationship building with homebuyers & sellers, communities, and real estate professionals with the intent that all who meet her are pleased and proud to recommend her to their families, their friends, and their colleagues without hesitation. Mayra enjoys hosting family gatherings over a delicious traditional meals and planning for family adventures with her husband, kids, 4 four-legged rascals.
