It’s hard to believe that I’m nearing year number six in real estate and with Coldwell Banker Coast Real Estate. While the move to this profession was somewhat natural after spending 30 years in management and sales, I am challenged on a daily basis and I love it. I certainly don’t think it would have been as easy of a transition had I not been welcomed into and supported by the amazing team at CBC, we truly are a family. I have enjoyed learning all things Florence and couldn’t be happier to be a resident of this area. My husband & I decided that the best way to dive into real estate in Florence was not only to buy a home, but to undertake a remodel! Experiencing both first hand, I can share & consult buyers and sellers through the process. Florence is our new town, but my husband Lane and I both grew up on the coast, in Coos Bay. After college and a few years in Hillsboro, we spent 22 years in Eugene where we raised our two children, Laken & Jackson. You will also see Jackson’s profile on our website. It is a true pleasure to work side by side with my son and learn from one another. We collaborate as much as possible, in fact the team concept is very common at Coldwell Banker Coast. In my free time I enjoy cooking and working in the yard. I am a huge sports fan and enjoy watching events of all kinds at the high school and college level, especially the Siuslaw Vikings and Oregon State Beavers. I have also found time to get involved with our local Realtor Board, COCBR. In January of 2025 I begin my two-year term as the board president. I enjoy working alongside our members to increase awareness of the Realtor value in our community, while providing services that ensure our members’ success. My volunteer hat is also worn with Delta Gamma of Florence. This is a great group of women who give their heart and soul to fundraise, so that we can give back to families and residents in the community. I look forward to having a conversation with you soon!
