Bilingual - Chinese / M andarin. As a previous juvenile justice specialist with Lane County in the criminal justice and restorative services division, my role with the county allowed me to create impactful relationships with the youths that we serve in our community. As a Realtor, I utilize my skills in communication, organization, and creating meaningful and lasting relationships with my clients. Communication is key to any negotiation, and I strive to use these skills to assist my clients in achieving their real estate goals. With my Bachelor’s in Psychology, I have key insights into the objectives of those at the negotiating table and use those observations to aid my clients.
