Charity Blankenship is a full time real estate agent licensed in the state of Oregon who helps clients buy and sell residential, hobby farms, bare land and investment properties in Albany, Corvallis, Philomath, Scio, Stayton, Aumsville, Turner, Sublimity, Jefferson, Silverton, Molalla, Salem, Kiezer, Woodburn, Halsey, Tangent, Brownsville, Sweet Home, Lebanon, Cascadia and surrounding areas in the Mid-Willamette Valley. She specializes in helping them understand the process of achieving their goals. In her career prior to real estate, Charity worked in the dentistry field, most recently for an oral surgeon. She was highly appreciated by the patients for her wonderful bedside manner, and she was entrusted with monitoring individuals waking up from surgery. In that field, details are critical, which was the perfect segue into real estate.
