This 9.86-acre lot is off Bull Pine Road. Zoned R5 you'll have no issues getting a residential building permit and it's a great place for your rural retreat! This is a beautiful lot with a small scattering of about 25 trees. It appears that only 5-6 trees were damaged by the fire. The Klamath Falls Forest Estates Sycan Unit was in the middle of the 2021 Bootleg Fire. This lot is level and looks like a meadow. Perfect for your ATVs or star gazing!
